Compare and accept quotes
What's in a quote, and what happens when you accept one.
A quote shows the total price and can include hours of coverage, travel (already in the total), a deposit, what's included, delivery time and the vendor's cancellation terms.
If you asked several vendors from an event board, the board lets you compare their quotes side by side.
- Accept & bookCreates a booking with the vendor at the quoted price. It starts as Pending until the vendor confirms.
- DeclineTurns the quote down. The vendor sees the request as cancelled.
Accepting a quote doesn't take any payment on Evntly. Agree how and when to pay directly with the vendor.
